8 Days / 7 Nights · day to day

Each day is paced for game drives, transfers, and a proper night in camp or lodge.

1. 

   Day 1

   Arrival in Arusha – Airport Transfer

   Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will meet our professional safari representative and driver-guide, who will welcome you to Tanzania. You will then be transferred comfortably to your hotel in Arusha for overnight accommodation and relaxation. Your safari consultant will also be available to brief you about the safari and make sure everything is ready for your adventure.

2. 

   Day 2

   Arusha – Tarangire National Park

   After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for your first wildlife experience. Enjoy a game drive through the park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelopes, and a variety of predators and birdlife. Your guide will focus on finding wildlife and creating excellent photography opportunities. After the game drive, continue to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

3. 

   Day 3

   Tarangire – Central Serengeti – Big Cat Experience

   After breakfast, begin your journey toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. Enter the Serengeti and enjoy game viewing as you make your way toward the Central Serengeti. This area is well known for its resident wildlife and excellent opportunities to encounter lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Your professional guide will carefully search the plains and kopjes for big-cat activity while also looking for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and other wildlife.

4. 

   Day 4

   Full Day in Central Serengeti – Big Cats

   Spend a full day exploring the Central Serengeti with a special focus on big cats. With no need to make a long transfer, you can dedicate more time to game drives and wildlife observation. Search for prides of lions, solitary leopards resting in trees or around rocky kopjes, and cheetahs hunting across the open plains. Your guide will adapt the day's route according to wildlife movements and recent sightings, giving you more opportunities for memorable wildlife moments.

5. 

   Day 5

   Central Serengeti – Ndutu Area – Wildebeest Migration & Big Cats

   After breakfast, drive toward the Ndutu Area in the Southern Serengeti and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. During the calving season, the short-grass plains become an important gathering area for the migrating wildebeest and their newborn calves. Enjoy game viewing along the way and begin exploring the Ndutu plains, searching for large herds, newborns, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and other predators attracted by the concentration of young animals. Overnight in the Ndutu Area.

6. 

   Day 6

   Full Day in Ndutu – Calving Season & Newborns

   Today is dedicated entirely to the Ndutu Area. Spend the day following the Great Migration and searching for the most memorable moments of the calving season. You may encounter large wildebeest herds, newborn calves, zebras and gazelles, while predators such as lions, cheetahs and hyenas patrol the plains. The open landscape provides excellent opportunities for photography and observing wildlife behavior. Your guide will adjust the game-drive route according to where the herds and wildlife are concentrated.

7. 

   Day 7

   Ndutu – Ngorongoro Highland

   Enjoy a final morning or half-day game drive in the Ndutu Area, giving you another opportunity to experience the migration and search for wildlife before leaving the Southern Serengeti. After the game drive, continue toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. As you travel, enjoy the changing landscapes and views of the highlands before arriving at your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

8. 

   Day 8

   Ngorongoro Crater – Big Five Experience – Departure

   After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for your final major wildlife experience. Spend the day exploring the crater floor, searching for the Big Five and other wildlife. Special attention will be given to finding the black or white rhinoceros, while also looking for lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, zebras, wildebeest and other animals.

   After the crater experience, ascend from the crater and continue to your departure point. If you are planning an evening flight, we recommend booking a late-evening flight from 20:00 onward to allow sufficient time for the crater experience, transfer and any unexpected delays.
