Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a relaxed afternoon at leisure or a short city orientation. Overnight in Arusha as you prepare for your safari adventure.
After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, renowned for its massive elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and rich wildlife diversity. Enjoy a full-day game drive with opportunities to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a wide variety of birdlife. In the late afternoon, transfer to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.
Following breakfast, travel through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to the Central Serengeti (Seronera region). Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive across the vast savannah, famous for frequent sightings of lions, leopards, cheetahs, and large herbivore herds. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or tented camp in the Serengeti.
Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti, focusing on tracking the Great Wildebeest Migration (seasonal), one of the world’s most spectacular wildlife events. Later, depart for the Ngorongoro Highlands, passing through changing landscapes from open plains to lush, rolling hills. Arrive at your lodge near the crater rim or in the surrounding highlands for dinner and overnight, with stunning views.
Descend early into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive on the crater floor. This unique ecosystem supports elephants, buffaloes, lions, hippos, flamingos, and the rare black rhino. After lunch, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha for overnight accommodation or onward arrangements.
