Clothing: Lightweight, breathable layers for ascent; warm jacket for the summit; windproof outer layer.
Footwear: Strong hiking boots with excellent grip and ankle support (trail shoes are not recommended).
Accessories: Headlamp with extra batteries, gloves, hat, sunglasses, and buff or scarf.
Backpack: Small, lightweight backpack with water (minimum 3 liters), snacks, and energy food.
Other Essentials: Trekking poles, sunscreen, personal first aid kit, and electrolyte supplements.
