Tour Plan
After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, towering baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive through the park, with opportunities to see lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a wide variety of birdlife. In the late afternoon, continue to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.
Following breakfast, travel through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to the Central Serengeti (Seronera region). Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive across the vast plains, an area well known for frequent sightings of lions, leopards, cheetahs, and large herbivore herds. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or tented camp in the Serengeti.
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti, when wildlife is most active. Later, depart toward the Ngorongoro Highlands, passing through changing landscapes from open savannah to lush highlands. Arrive at your lodge near the crater rim or in the surrounding highlands, where you will enjoy dinner and overnight with stunning views.
Descend early into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive on the crater floor. This unique ecosystem is home to elephants, buffaloes, lions, hippos, flamingos, and the rare black rhino. After lunch, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha for departure or overnight accommodation.
