A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and the amount will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the safari start date as specified in the confirmed itinerary.
Client details including full names, passport numbers, dates of birth, and nationality must be provided at the time of booking and must match travel documents.
Tour descriptions, accommodations, vehicles, and activities are provided in good faith based on current information.
Vehicle types and seating arrangements depend on group size and itinerary requirements.
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed as animals roam freely in their natural environment.
Glad Of Africa Safari & Tours reserves the right to engage reputable third-party suppliers when necessary.
If you wish to cancel your holiday, you must notify Glad Of Africa Safari & Tours as soon as possible.
Any cancellation made by telephone must be confirmed in writing or by email within 24 hours.
The effective cancellation date is the day we receive your written confirmation.
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total tour price and apply as follows:
Cancellation received more than 30 days before the tour start date: 5% loss of deposit
Cancellation received less than 30 days before the tour start date: 15% of the total tour cost
Cancellation received less than 20 days before the tour start date: No refund for lodge safaris
Cancellation received less than 10 days before the tour start date: No refund for budget safaris
We reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply the applicable cancellation charges if the outstanding balance is not paid by the agreed deadline.
Glad Of Africa Safari & Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour up to 60 days prior to the scheduled start date.
After this period, we will only cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event that we cancel your holiday, you will be offered one of the following options:
An alternative holiday of similar standard and price, subject to availability
An alternative holiday of a lower standard, with the price difference refunded
An alternative holiday of a higher standard, with the price difference payable by you
A full refund of all amounts paid
Participation in safari activities is at the client’s own risk.

We are not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, evacuation, personal accidents, and loss of belongings.
All services provided by third parties, including accommodations and transport, are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Clients agree to be bound by these third-party terms when participating in the safari.
